With over 15 years of experience in Health & Safety, Wellbeing, Sustainability, and Quality Management, Fiona Wills brings a proactive, people-focused approach to her role. Known for her open communication style and passion for mental health, she fosters a no-blame, positive safety culture while empowering teams to take ownership of their wellbeing.

Fiona’s diverse industry experience spans facilities management, construction, electrical, transport, retail, and high-risk multi-site operations. Her expertise includes trend analysis, ICAM investigations, and the development of robust H&S systems, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO, ACC Tertiary, and SiteWise.

Outside of work, Fiona enjoys jet skiing, ocean swims, live music, and socialising. She’s a proud mum of two adult sons and lives by the motto: “Always be kind, treat everyone with respect, and have fun.”
