Rapid Facility Services was born on a winter morning in Papakura when three friends, Paul Schoch, Robyn Schoch, and Andrew Chan realised that by combining their many years of experience and skills in the industry they could create a company unlike any other.
Paul, Robyn, and Andrew are paving the way in the industrial cleaning industry, providing the best possible service and knowledge in all areas of food safety, industrial and commercial cleaning.

- Robyn, Paul, and Andrew work hard to deliver clear communication to staff, suppliers and customers so that no one is left second-guessing what needs to be done or how it will happen.
- Our Team Leaders do an awesome job on-site with our customers and advise them on the process, ensuring they are kept up to date with information, health, and safety, or any unforeseen issues that may come up while on the job.

Our code of conduct
We pride ourselves on our code of conduct and professionalism. Our staff represent our strong team values, working with integrity on all jobs we undertake.
Each of our staff members will attend your site in full uniform so they are easily identifiable. All staff members will also wear a business ID card on a lanyard.

All our staff are fully trained and qualified in all the services we offer, giving our clients peace of mind the job will always be completed to the highest of standards.
Because we service many food manufacturing plants and industrial premises, we understand the importance of keeping up to date with Health and Safety requirements within the commercial cleaning industry.
Rapid Facilities is proudly PREQUAL certified which is a prestigious certification created by some of New Zealand’s top Health and Safety Practitioners. It is a standard to identify competent Health and Safety practices in workplaces around New Zealand.
All our site staff are required to carry their own Health and Safety Kits on every job site. They also hold or are working towards NZQA certifications which include the following standards:
