Paul Schoch – Managing Director / Sales Director
Paul has an extensive sales background, ranging from retail and commercial products to commercial services and sales management.
The majority of Paul’s 30-year professional career has been firmly entrenched in the flooring and building services industry.
Holding safety in the highest regard, Paul is also our Health and Safety Representative.
Paul is best known around the site for his catchphrase “we will do whatever others can’t or won’t do” and he’s right! We have never come across a job that is too dirty, too high, too tight, too big or too small. We are the right fit every time in every situation.

Lorell Jones – Sales Account Manager
Lorell works closely with Paul who has now become a mentor figure to her. She has 10 years of sales experience in a range of industries and has come to us with a ‘can-do attitude’ and a willingness to learn more about the industry.
With a passion for sales, she loves talking to people and finding the right solutions for them.
She firmly believes that there is a fine line between balancing the relationship you have so that you represent the business and the client while not tarnishing either connection.
Her approach to sales is to always ask the right questions and give direct answers with clear communication and honesty.
