Every company has its own story – we would like to tell you ours. This is how we created a highly specialised commercial and industrial services company.
We were three friends Paul, Robyn, and Andrew sitting down to bacon and eggs one winter morning. It was over this breakfast in February 2018 that we decided to combine our skills, knowledge, and industry experience to create Rapid Facilities, with a mission to be one of the most respected, professional, and highly skilled commercial and industrial services companies in the Auckland region.
And that’s exactly what we did.

Rapid Facility Services grows quickly
Fast forward a couple of years and we are now a nationwide commercial and industrial services company.
What started out as a small team with 2 vans, 1 ute, and 2 water blasters grew very quickly.
Through sheer hard work, knowledge, and a commitment to high standards of work we now have 31 staff, 8 vans, 6 utes, 9 water blasting units, scissor lifts, and other specialised equipment.
Rapid Facility Services has become in a short time, a well-known and respected name within the commercial and industrial services industry, and for good reason.
Due to the exponential growth in our business, we have now moved to larger premises!
Officially opening our doors at the new premises on Saturday 1 August 2020, we continue to be a 24/7 operation.
The new move has meant more room for expansion and designated areas for meeting and training. All speciality divisions now have their own designated areas to store machinery and equipment plus a repair workshop and in-house laundry and drying area.
And while we have grown bigger… Rapid’s motto remains the same:
We will do whatever others can’t or won’t do.
